This organizations shall be engaged in vigorous international and regional
diplomacy to make the people of Oromia active participants and beneficiaries
of international relations, not merely helpless victims; It shall adhere to
the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of others; It shall
honor and discharge its responsibilities to foster democracy, regional peace
and stability by upholding bilateral and multilateral agreements, treaties and
arrangements to advance common goals and address common dangers by promoting
good neighborliness and respect for international law.
It shall show willingness to resolve social, political, and economic conflicts
within the horn of Africa through some peaceful dialogue that is carried out
under an inclusive political environment.
